BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP ™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. ... Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout!

BODYBALANCE™

BODYBALANCE™ is a unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to help improve flexibility, build strength and leave you feeling relaxed and calm. ... You will carry out a series of stretches, poses and moves to create a holistic workout that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony.

Clubbercise®

Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Anyone can join in, anyone can do it, spinning is the ultimate fitness trend for every level of fitness.

We have the best indoor cycling instructors on the planet. Our instructors stand out from the pack thanks to the Advanced Spinning® Certification, a pathway that ensures our team is up to date on the latest science and strategies to deliver real fitness results to riders.

H.I.I.T

HIIT workouts generally combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. At fitness studios and online, these workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training. To be clear, most of the interval workouts researchers have studied focus solely on aerobic exercise.

Aqua mobility

Specially designed for people who struggle with regular exercise, using the water to create gentle resistance to increase mobility and wellness. This is a gentle class focusing on mobility more than fitness, creating a better overall life for the class goer is the priority.

Stretch

Hard week? come and relax in one of our most relaxing sessions on the timetable! Designed to release tight muscles around the body creating a better posture and injury prevention.

Body Blast

Specially designed by one of our veteran instructors to promote muscular strength and recovery. The way this is designed it can be done with light weights for toning or heavier weights to make it push those muscular groups into stronger contractions causing muscular growth.

Made for everyone who enjoys fitness, guaranteed to be fun for all.

Step.i.i.t

Our brand-new class which involves a step block and H.I.I.T training method, combined creates one caloric burning class. Tried and tested by our instructors this class will guarantee you work to your maximum fitness level. This class will require some coordination but is not essential.

Waterobics

Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in water such as in a swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training that is done to music.

Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

50 plus aerobics

Aimed for over 50’s  who need less impact exercise but still need to keep active. Based off aerobics but catered for over 50’s this class will be great to get that exercise needed for the week.

low impact aerobics with a body toning section included, a great way to ease into and maintain fitness.

Core & abs

The core class starts with some low-intensity cardio to warm up the muscles before moving straight into the abdominal work. For up to 30 minutes, you'll crunch, plank and sit-up your way to washboard abs, constantly alternating between muscle groups to keep the body active.

Clubbercise afterglow

Based around family clubbercise but with a little more for the ravers looking to try clubbercise classes or come back to them without full impact of our adult sessions. Extended breaks and less impact choreo to protect children and vulnerable adults from injuries.

Strength & conditioning

Designed around weight training techniques this class will bring muscles to their maximum effort, promoting growth and strength increases whilst also burning fat from stubborn areas of the body through training techniques.

Circuits

Circuit training consists of a consecutive series of timed exercises performed one after the other with varying amounts of rest between each exercise. An example of a simple circuit training workout might consist of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, chin-ups and lunges.
